Delete your evtOS account

• In the evtOS app: open the Profile tab and tap Delete my account.
• On the web: sign in and use the form at the bottom of this page, or go to Settings.
• Can't sign in? Email hello@evtos.io from the address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

• Your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
• Your sign-in details — you will no longer be able to sign in
• Organisers you follow, your notifications, saved programme items, and calendar reminders
• Your name, email, and phone number on your own tickets, and the personal details from your payment provider stored with your orders
• Your unused tickets for upcoming events, which are cancelled

If you have bought tickets or placed orders, the purchase records (amount, date, ticket type, and check-in status) are kept in anonymised form. Organisers need them for their accounts, and we are required to keep transaction records for at least 7 years. These records are no longer linked to you.

Your unused tickets for upcoming events are cancelled and can no longer be used for entry. Deleting your account does not refund them, so ask the organiser about any refund before you delete. Tickets you bought for other people keep their holder's details and stay valid.

Information you gave directly to an organiser or exhibitor, such as registration form answers or contact details left at an exhibitor's booth, is held by them. Contact hello@evtos.io if you want this removed too.

If your account owns events or a vendor business, it can't be deleted from the app or this page, because other people depend on that data. Email hello@evtos.io and we will help you close it down.
